Common issues

"Activation limit reached"

Each Pro license can be active on up to 3 devices or browser installs. Reinstalling the extension or using a new Chrome profile also uses a slot. To free one:

On a device you no longer use, open the PanelSharp reader, go to Settings→PanelSharp Pro and click Deactivate, then activate on the new device.
If you no longer have access to the old device (or already uninstalled the extension there), email us with your order number and we will reset your activations.

I lost my license key

Your key is in the receipt email from Creem sent right after purchase (search your inbox, including spam, for "Creem" or "PanelSharp"). You can also find it in Creem's customer portal, linked from that email, by signing in with the email address you used at checkout. Still can't find it? Email us with the checkout email address.

"Invalid license key"

Copy the whole key from the email without extra spaces. If the order was refunded, the key no longer works. Contact us if you believe it should be valid.

License check failed / offline

Activation needs an internet connection once. After that, Pro keeps working offline and re-checks the license occasionally when you are online. If a check fails because of a network or firewall issue, try again later or email us.

The AI modes are slow

The AI uses your GPU through WebGPU. Make sure Chrome is up to date and hardware acceleration is on (chrome://settings/system). Without a supported GPU, the AI runs on the CPU, which is much slower. "AI on text regions only" and the Quick filter are faster options.

The button does not appear on a page

PanelSharp works with pages that show comic pages as regular images. Pages that draw on a canvas, scramble images, or use protected viewers are not supported. Try the toolbar icon instead, or test with our demo page.
